Had an excellent stay on holidays. The room was bright and spotless, had shared bathroom. A lounge area, a kitchen, and blinds were useful.

Accommodating staff depending on member of staff and amazing location make it a great choice! The gold apartment is brand-new with crusty old leather sofa and a large bed and a "L" shaped balcony.
The bathrooms are a little small.

staff were helpful....lifts were fast..good location on top of oasis
we were all disappointed there wasn't a spa..hotel was extremely security conscious..difficult to get in, out and around the building without a key...the gym was way too hot to workout in..bit to far to catch the local buses..no bath in our 2 bed room...no sun around the pool in morning had to wait til midday...very windy around the pool, glass fence too short..pool all one depth, needs to be deeper at one end..

We went away for a girls weekend and wanted a luxury apartment with easy access to shopping and nightlife. It was perfect! The apartments are very spacious, modern and luxurious with fantastic views up and down the Gold Coast and straight accross from the beach.
The only fault I would say is the car park. As we were only here for the weekend we did not need to take the car out at all....Thank God as it is a nightmare!! You park in the shopping centre take a lift to the hotel with all your baggage walk accross an atrium area, past the pool through doors and then into another lift before entering the apartments.

Views, proximity to the beach, shopping nearby, modern, light filled.
Different types of decor of rooms. We have stayed before and the previous rooms were contemporary and light furniture but this time the bedroom furniture and bedcover was brown (which I had asked not to have in my booking). However, I guess that's unavoidable and I would definitely book again and hope for the best that the furnishings were different because it is such a great place! No real complaints as we loved it. Terrific holiday hotel.

being close to shops, shopping centre, cinema, casino, lots of restaurants the beach, the view, not having to even drive your car if you don't want too.
the tiles in the pool weren't clean and there was'nt a pool in a enclosed area that you would be able to swim all year around. very difficult to get your luggage etc in, too many lifts doors and you don;t always have a free hand to open door handles. height of top robe rail were way to high. smell in hall like a dirty vacuum and large water stains on the carpet in the hall. one washerhad to be shared between two people.
